How to apply for the Jette Parker Artists Programme

Singers
Applications for singers to join the Jette Parker Artists Programme for the 2027/28-2028/29 Seasons will open on Wednesday 8 July 2026.
The deadline for applications to be received via YAP Tracker by 7.59am British Summer Time Thursday 27 August 2026.
A live YAP Tracker application link will be posted here on Wednesday 8 July 2026.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to two days of JPAP coaching and a first round of auditions held at the Royal Opera House in London across either Saturday 31 October - Monday 2 November or Saturday 7 - Monday 9 November 2026. Successful candidates will then be invited to a final audition on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at the Royal Opera House.

The Jette Parker Artists Programme is launching a new training initiative for directors for the 2026/2027 and 2027/28 Seasons. More information about JPAP Director Associates will be advertised on this webpage from Summer 2026.

Opera Music Staff
Applications for opera conductors and répétiteurs to join the Jette Parker Artists Programme for the 2026/27-2027/28 Seasons are currently closed.
Information for opera conductors and répétiteurs to join for the 2028-30 Seasons will be advertised on this webpage from Spring/Summer 2027.

Applications for ballet conductors to join the Jette Parker Artists Programme are currently closed.
Information for ballet conductors to join for the 2027-2029 Seasons will be advertised on this webpage from Autumn 2026. The JPAP Ballet Conductor Position has previously open along side The Royal Ballet Constant Lambert Fellowship. Candidates can be considered for both opportunities.
