How to apply

Application process:

  1. Submit the online expression of interest form by 22 June 2026

You will then receive an email with instructions about how to submit films as part of your application. This must be submitted by 6 July 2026. The application includes:

  1. A five-minute audition video of yourself performing a piece of music your choice (unaccompanied)
  2. A video recording of yourself performing excerpts from the booklet that we will send to you
  3. EITHER a video (3–5 minutes long) OR a written statement, telling us about your background, musical experience and how you will benefit from being an Overture mentee

Your place on the mentorship programme is conditional on confirmation that you meet the selection criteria. We embrace and celebrate the different contributions that everyone brings to our organisation; we encourage applicants to fill in all sections of the application form to help us have an accurate understanding of you and your skills.
