Hicham Berrada

Born in 1986 in Casablanca, Morocco, Berrada lives and works in Paris and Roubaix, France. Across his work, Berrada explores the scientific protocols that closely imitate different natural processes and/or climatic conditions. His work has been presented in numerous solo and group exhibitions at the Louvre-Lens; Hayward Gallery, London; Bernard A. Zuckerman Museum of Art, Kennesaw (USA); Punta della Dogana - Pinault Collection in Venice; Martin-Gropius-Bau, Berlin; Centre Pompidou, Paris; Palais de Tokyo, Paris; ZKM, Karlsruhe; Frankfurter Kunstverein, Frankfurt-am-Main; Institute of Contemporary Arts, Singapore; Moderna Museet, Stockholm and Banco de la República, Bogotà. His work for biennials includes Yokohama Triennale, Taipei Biennale, Riga Biennale, Lyon Biennale; BIM–Biennale of Moving Image, Geneva and the Yinchuan Biennale (China).
