James Stephens

James Stephens was born in Huddersfield and trained at The Royal Ballet School in London. He began his professional career with the Vienna State Opera Ballet, later dancing with the Royal Danish Ballet. His repertory includes works by Nureyev, Balanchine, Forsythe, Legris, and Neumeier. James has performed internationally, from galas in Japan, Russia and Italy to celebrations for HM The Queen. Now based in London, he continues to work as a freelance artist while also working as a qualified personal trainer.
