Writer and editor Holly Dawson hosts a conversation that includes readings from ‘literary star of her generation’ Nadifa Mohamed and bestselling children’s author Francesca Simon.

Francesca's novel The Monstrous Child was adapted into an opera that premiered at ROH in the Linbury theatre in 2019. Nadifa is the first British-Somali woman to be shortlisted for the Booker Prize. She is currently developing her novel, The Fortunes Men, into an opera.
