Piazza is a stylish and welcoming space offering atmospheric dining and a sustainably sourced menu featuring London's finest market produce.
Location
Piazza is situated on the 5th floor of the Royal Opera House. Use the stairs in the main foyer and head to the 4th floor next to the Paul Hamlyn Hall then take the escalator. You can also take the lift on the right-hand side of the ground floor Main Stage auditorium entrance.

Balconies Restaurant
- Formal dining
With unrivalled views over the Paul Hamlyn Hall, the Balconies Restaurant offers the best in modern, British fine dining.
Location
The Balconies Restaurant is on the mezzanine level of the Paul Hamlyn Hall. To access the Hall, use the staircase from the foyer, or the grand staircase from the historic Bow Street entrance. There are glass staircases on each side of the Hall to access the mezzanine.
All our restaurants and bars have step-free access, the lift on the left-hand side of the Main Stage auditorium provides access to the Balconies Restaurant. See location map.

The restaurant is open for dining around performances and is only available to ticket holders. Our menu has been designed for quick and efficient service to be enjoyed before and during the intervals of your performance.

Crush Room
- Formal dining
Enjoy a range of delicious hot and cold food served in the grandeur of the gilded Crush Room, which dates back to 1858. Adorned with 17th century Flemish artwork as well as two crystal chandeliers crafted from the original chandelier that once hung in the centre of the main auditorium, the Crush Room dining experience perfectly captures the historical splendour of the Royal Opera House.
Location
The Crush Room is above the historic entrance on Bow Street, and is accessed via the stairs or by crossing the Paul Hamlyn Hall towards the auditorium. You can also take the lift on either side of the ground floor main auditorium entrance to access to the Crush Room. See location map.

Royal Opera House Café
- Drinks and small plates
A location for dining all day that offers freshly made salads, sandwiches, sweet treats and barista-crafted hot drinks by day with fresh food, cocktails and Champagne by night. Everyone is welcome.
Location
You can find the café on the ground level of the main foyer, next to the main entrance on Bow Street. The café has step-free access.

Dorfman Conservatory
- Drinks and small plates
A historic, yet contemporary bar; a delightful destination for quiet contemplation, invigorating conversation and, of course, a great selection of Champagne or your favourite cocktail.
Location
The Dorfman Conservatory is above the historic entrance on Bow Street, and is accessed via the stairs or by crossing the Paul Hamlyn Hall towards the auditorium. You can also take the lift on either side of the ground floor main auditorium entrance to access to the Dorfman Conservatory. See location map.

Paul Hamlyn Hall

In this magnificent light-filled hall at the heart of the Royal Opera House, sip on a glass of Champagne while enjoying sharing plates or traditional sandwiches. A terrific meeting place for friends, family and colleagues to enjoy the social buzz of a night at the opera or ballet.
Location
The Paul Hamlyn Hall Champagne Bar is located on the lower floor of the beautiful glass-vaulted hall. To access the Hall, use the staircase from the foyer, or the grand staircase from the historic Bow Street entrance. You can also take the lift on the left-hand side of the ground floor Main Stage auditorium entrance.
