An exclusive partnership between clothing brand Reiss and The Royal Ballet is launched today. This unique collaboration blends Reiss’ modern design aesthetic with the language of movement, dance and performances seen on the Royal Ballet and Opera’s stages.
Inspired by The Royal Ballet’s classical repertory, the collection is presented in four distinct capsules, representing a dancers’ attire from streetwear to studio, performance and celebratory after-party, with special glimpses behind the scenes of a day in the life of a ballet dancer. The collection will also help support the work and artistry of The Royal Ballet, with 10% of the sales being donated to the Royal Opera House Covent Garden Foundation (Registered charity no. 211775).
The collection is modelled by Royal Ballet dancers Marianna Tsembenhoi and Francisco Serrano, with the evocative campaign video shot through the Royal Opera House.
The world of ballet and dance is referenced in design details throughout the collection including tutu-inspired tulle, corsetry, satin and luxe jersey pieces. The inspiration of ballet is also seen in the collections colour palette with muted shades of ballet pink, blush and ivory alongside mink, charcoal and black hues, accented with occasional pops of scarlet in reference to the Royal Opera House.
Key womenswear pieces include a tutu-inspired dress in ballet pink with a layered tulle skirt and sheer boned bodice, an oversized trench in a blush parachute fabric, statement trousers with floor-grazing fringing and an elegant pale pink satin top adorned with satin bows. There are also smaller collections of men’s, girls’ and boys’ pieces. Menswear includes hoodies, t-shirts and joggers adorned with The Royal Ballet logo, plus a grosgrain tuxedo jacket with coordinating moiré taffeta trousers. The girls’ collection includes several designs inspired by the women’s collection, including a layered chiffon, tutu-inspired dress and skirt.
The Reiss | The Royal Ballet collection launches 15 October 2025. The full collection is available to shop at reiss.com and a selected edit in store at the RBO shop and online at shop.rbo.org.uk.
