Witty production, imaginative set, glorious singing and playing - a fantastic evening! Thank you. #ROHagrippina

#ROHagrippina has to be the highlight of this year: spectacular production, amazing coloraturas, and how many frocks the protagonists have???!!!

Amazed by how contemporary #ROHagrippina felt to me. I suppose breathtaking singing, beautiful music, and plots about political deception never go out of date.

Outrageously well sung #ROHagrippina. Fagioli, Crowe and Davies in fabulous voice and DiDonato predictably stealing it. Emelyanychev's conducting is fresh, beautiful, exciting - OAE sounded glorious. The Kosky production is loads of fun. If you like Handel, go.

Fun, vivid and exhilarating performance/ production with gorgeous music. There was not a second to be bored in this 3.5+ hour-long opera.

I enjoyed Agrippina @BarbicanCentre in May, but the staged version #ROHagrippina really brings the drama to life. (For a start there's much more snogging!) @JoyceDiDonato wonderful as always, @LucyCroweSop fabulous in lemon!
