Biography

London-based tenor Guy Elliott studied on a full scholarship at the Royal College of Music. He has since built a career as an opera and concert soloist and ensemble singer and has won prizes at the Wigmore Hall Song Competition and the Copenhagen Lied-Duo Competition. His 2023/24 season highlights included Raoul de St. Brioche in The Merry Widow at Glyndebourne and creating the role of Antonin in the world premiere of Benjamin Attahir and Olivier Dhénin Hữu’s Paysage Dans L’Oubli at Saigon Opera House (also Hồ Gươm Opera). Elliott’s concert highlights include Handel’s Messiah at the Royal Albert Hall, Beethoven’s An die ferne Geliebte for the Oxford International Song Festival and Stockhausen’s Stimmung at Barbican Hall. His 2024/25 season engagements include Hyllus in Hercules at Grand Manège Concert Hall (Namur) and UK tours of Messiah and The Pirates of Penzance.
