Biography

Born in the US, she studied at the Juilliard School and the Cleveland Institute of Music. She was a member of Hanover State Opera (2013–14), Wiesbaden State Opera (2014–16) and Hamburg State Opera (2015–17), singing roles including Musetta (La bohème), Alcina, Donna Elvira (Don Giovanni), Fiordiligi (Così fan tutte) and Violetta Valéry (La traviata). For The Royal Opera she has sung Sophie and Woodbird (Siegfried). Other appearances include the Four Heroines in Les Contes d’Hoffmann (Deutsche Oper Berlin), Mimì in La bohème (Komische Oper Berlin), Alcina (Bolshoi), Donna Anna in Don Giovanni (Cagliari), Salome (Theater Basel), Káťa Kabanová (Bielefeld), Elsa in Lohengrin (Staatsoper Wiesbaden), Manon Lescaut (Theater Klagenfurt) and Cio-Cio San in Madama Butterfly (Oper Frankfurt). She performs widely in concert, in repertory including Verdi’s Requiem and Britten’s War Requiem. Engagements for 2025/26 include Cio-Cio-San at Grand Théâtre de Genève and Lady Macbeth (Macbeth) at Theater Basel.
