Kim Becker

Originally from Lancashire, Kim enjoys a busy freelance career playing with ensembles around the UK. She collaborates with musicians from all backgrounds and plays a variety of different styles including classical, musicals, world music and pop. During her studies at the Royal Academy of Music, Kim was a member of the award-winning Kirkman Quartet. She then went on to join the Victoria String Quartet from 2020-22. From 2020-22, Kim also held the position of junior fellow in viola at the RNCM, where she taught lessons and coached students. She now teaches privately in and around Manchester.
