English dancer Maddison Pritchard joined The Royal Ballet’s Aud Jebsen Young Dancers Programme from the start of the 2020/21 Season and entered the Company as an Artist in the 2022/23 Season.
Pritchard grew up in Cheshire and began her training at the age of three at the Kate Simmons Dance School. She trained at The Hammond School, Elmhurst Ballet School and The Royal Ballet School where she continued through both Lower and Upper Schools. She was awarded second place at the Lynn Seymour Award for Expressive Dance in 2018.
With The Royal Ballet School, she performed in Giselle, Napoli Variation, Paquita, The Sleeping Beauty and, in the Royal Ballet School’s Summer Performance, Larina Waltz by Ashley Page. While a student she danced with The Royal Ballet on stage in Manon, Coppélia, The Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake. She featured in the 2021 Meet the Young Dancers Insight streamed online.
With the Company, her roles include Anemoi.
