Sesto Quatrini

Sesto Quatrini was Artistic Director at the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre from 2016 to 2023. From 2015 to 2016 he was assistant conductor to Fabio Luisi at the Metropolitan Opera and at the Festival della Valle d’Itria, where he made his Italian opera debut with Verdi’s Un giorno di regno. Recent engagements include La traviata (Royal Danish Opera), Le nozze di Figaro (Royal Opera House Muscat), The Magic Flute (Teatro Regio, Turin) and Don Pasquale (Zurich Opera). Plans include Rigoletto (Deutsche Oper Berlin), Rossini’s Otello and Verdi’s Otello (Oper Frankfurt) and Aida and Les contes d’Hoffmann (Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre). He made his Royal Opera debut in the 2023/24 Season, with L’elisir d’amore.
