Biography

Born in Denmark, she works as a choreographer in opera, theatre and film. Her opera choreography includes Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg, Don Giovanni and Eugene Onegin (Royal Opera House), L’Ormindo (ROH at Shakespeare’s Globe), Carmen (Bregenz Festival) and various productions for Royal Danish Opera, Teatro Real, Madrid, Vienna State Opera, Berlin State Opera, Opera Australia and others. She has lately written, directed and choreographed three successful full-length dance narratives at Betty Nansen Teatret in Copenhagen. Her work as a theatre choreographer includes Cabaret, My Fair Lady, West Side Story and Jesus Christ Superstar, several theatrical concerts and a number of classic and new plays, all in Scandinavia. She is a member of the female theatre collective Sort Samvittighed.
