Background

Meet the new Jette Parker Artists and those returning for a second Season as resident artists with The Royal Opera in an informal afternoon of short musical extracts and conversation. The afternoon audience are invited to vote for the solo material they would like the singers to perform later in the day. The longer evening concert encompasses the audience’s picks for the individual performers, as well as a wide range of duets and ensembles from baroque to Britten. Jette Parker Artists Peggy Wu and Richard Fu will accompany the singers at the piano together with the Programme’s Artistic Director David Gowland.
